① Cosmetic Inspection
  • Glass lens: Surface of glass lens damaged or off paint,color difference scratches bubbles dust etc.Check hydrophobic effect with water, alcohol, and N-hexane.
  • Flex Cable: Connector damaged/ IC back cover size/ rusty etc flex cable broken or damage
  • Bezel: Front bezel debonding, damaged, out of shape, etc.
  • Screw Hole: screw hole blocked slippery rusty etc
  • Backlight: Dirty damaged off / out of shape/ fit well no light leakage. 

② Structure  Test
  • Screen thickness: Measure thickness width and length  by Vernier caliper ,screen fitness with iPhone housing after installation
  • Home button : Home button size if correct. Test by homebutton flex cable
  • Check if LCD metal plate, homebutton metal plate , earpiece metal plate well matched or screw hole well aligned
  • Check if light leaked or backlight conflicted wit lcd Touch ID test 
  • Tempered glass test. check if screen stick well with normal tempered glass.

③ Function&Display Test
  •  Test touch function by pulling up and down, switching page, moving icons keyboard test.
  •  Test 3D Touch function and sensitivity.
  • Check whether the screen turns black under polarizer.
  • Components assembly. check if touch normal or not after installation.

④ Screen brightness test 
  • Test Color Coordinates & Brightness with Color Analyzer.

⑤ Screen True Tone  Test
  • Above iPhone 8 test if True Tone working by JC V1
⑥ Screen weight test 
  • Easy to find if the raw material or manufacturing process change.
