RMA Important Guidelines

Dear customer:

We kindly request you to note the following important points when sending your device for RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization):

  1. Please dispatch your device only after receiving the RMA number from our service center or RMA software.
  2. It is mandatory to clearly mention the RMA number on the outside of the package/box at the time of dispatch.

Important: If the RMA number is not mentioned on the package, the device will be returned without repair.

Your RMA number will start with the prefix RMA.
