Vietnam’s textile & garment production will increase
Vietnam’s textile and garment export to EU is expected to grow sharply due to the EU-Vietnam Free Trade Agreement (EVFTA) just took effect on August 1, 2020, reducing the import taxes on Vietnam’s garment exports over 70%. In addition, Vietnam is developing its’ domestic market.
Vietnam’s demand for production equipment and facilities will be increased, as the factories find it difficult to do sourcing during 2020 with the border closed.
