Jointly organised by the Office of the Government Chief Information Officer (OGCIO), Cyberport, and Hong Kong Science and Technology Parks (HKSTP), the third edition of the Forum explored blockchain applications for financial services and project management in public services. The event attracted over 200 participants from various government departments and the IT industry.
