Customer membership management made easy with Wee Creation’s Mobile.Cards
A customer membership scheme is a great way to earn customer loyalty and drive return business. However, for SMBs, going beyond rudimentary membership cards, paper forms, printed coupons, and membership databases often means additional investments and training.

Wee Creation, a Cyberport incubatee and Smart-Space company, has developed an easily customisable and feature-rich digital membership system called Mobile.Cards to tackle all these. Retail, F&B, and service businesses can simply set up a membership system in as fast as 10 minutes and gain a powerful suite of digital capabilities to engage and reward customers. Customers just need to scan a QR code to sign up, present the membership QR code to collect points instantaneously, and redeem privileges and store coupons directly through the app.

Mobile.Cards’ award-winning “Autopoints” product can even turn receipts from POS into loyalty points and spare merchants from data entry and management. The system can also automate such processes as sending personalised messages to members and syncing customer records across outlets of the same company for better CRM.

This sophisticated membership solution has already attracted a slew of well-known clients - the latest of which is the Gingko House. This social enterprise restaurant group has adopted Mobile.Cards to engage and serve its elderly clientele better and to promote its family of restaurants.

Mobile.Cards is the official partner of Hong Kong Telecom and is its only partner that specialises in mobile membership targeting the retail and restaurant sector. The start-up is also collaborating with a POS and ecommerce providers, social media agencies, and marketing consultants in Hong Kong and is serving clients in Taiwan through a local branch.
