2019 International Conference on Smart City and Systems Engineering (ICSCSE2019) aims at affording a international exchange venue for the scientists and engineers, industry representatives in the related domains, and several famous scholars and experts will be invited to give talks, and the organize committee will try our best to create a powerful international annual grand meeting. ICSCSE2019 was cosponsored by Zhejiang University of Technology, Tongji University,Research Institute of New Energy and energy-saving and emission-reduction of Hunan University and other non-profit organization.
The proceedings of ICSCSE2019 will be published by Conference Publishing Services (CPS) and it will be submitted for possible index such as EI and ISTP, non-presented authors will be no show in the proceedings.
