「配對資助計劃」為藝術項目提供最高「1:1.5」配對撥款；藝團只須為建議項目預先籌募港幣3萬至150萬來自非政府機構的現金捐款／贊助作配對，本局於每個財政年度向成功申請的團體提供港幣4.5萬至225萬的配對資助，以推展高質素的藝術項目。「配對資助計劃」鼓勵中小藝團向商界籌募捐款／贊助，擴闊收入來源，達至持續發展。

The Hong Kong Arts Development Council (HKADC) announces a matching ratio of 1:1.5 to successful recipients under the Matching Fund Scheme (MFS) to encourage corporate sponsorship/ private philanthropy in supporting arts development of Hong Kong. With a wide entry bracket of HK$30,000 and HK$1.5 million of cash donations/sponsorships from non-government sectors, HKADC may provide a matching grant of HK$45,000 to HK$2.25 million for carrying out the approved arts project(s) in each financial year

東九文化中心公共藝術作品委約計劃
"East Kowloon Cultural Centre Public Artwork Commissioning Project" Open Call for Proposals

為配合文化中心的興建，藝術推廣辦事處現籌劃「東九文化中心公共藝術作品委約計劃」，藉著公共藝術創作，豐富中心的視覺藝術內涵。計劃透過委約藝術家或藝術團隊於東九文化中心的特定位置，創作及裝置公共藝術作品。作品將圍繞五個主題：回憶、印象、時刻、夢想、想像，獲選的作品希望具備以下特色：躍動／動態、活力、與建築互動、劃時代、藝術的親切可及。期望作品能連繫區內不同社群，展現文化中心的凝聚力及九龍東的歷史文化特色。

藝術推廣辦事處現邀請藝術家為此計劃遞交藝術作品提案，再由評選小組選出最多三份提案，委約製作成公共藝術作品。

In order to facilitate the construction of the East Kowloon Cultural Centre (EKCC), the "East Kowloon Cultural Centre Public Artwork Commissioning Project" organised by Art Promotion Office is launched to enrich the visual context of the Centre through public art installations. The commissioned artworks are expected to represent one or more of the following themes: Memory, Impression, Moment, Dream and Imagination; and the commissioned artworks should involve five intrinsic characters, namely Dynamic/ Movement, Vibrant, Interactive with Architecture, Timeless and Art Accessibility. Through these characters, the artworks are hoped to emanate the spirit of East Kowloon.
 

Art Promotion Office are now inviting artists to submit public work proposals for the specific locations in the EKCC. Up to three proposals shall be selected by the selection panel for comissionning.

「DFA亞洲最具影響力設計獎2020」現正接受全球網上報名
DFA Design for Asia Awards 2020 is now open for global online submissions

2020年度「DFA亞洲最具影響力設計獎」涵蓋四大設計領域共23個組別，旨在從亞洲觀點出發，表揚解決區內問題的優秀設計項目，於4月1日起接受全球網上報名。此外，為表示對設計業界的關懷及支持，本年度的報名日期及優惠期將延長，讓設計師能以更充裕時間及較低費用報名，成功踏上備受業界關注的舞台。

The DFA Design for Asia Awards 2020, recognising design excellence and outstanding designs from the region and covering 4 major design disciplines in 23 categories, is open for global submission starting 1 April. To show supports and cares to the design community, the entry deadline and the promotional period are extended, allowing entrants to take more time to put entries together, at a lower cost, and to be recognised as the designers to look out for in the region in coming years.

藝文界支援計劃
Support Scheme for Arts & Cultural Sector

鑒於近日因受新型肺炎疫情影響而有文化活動場地關閉，或藝團及藝術工作者因決定抗疫取消於其他場地舉行藝文活動；再加上持續數月的社會事件令不少藝文活動受到不同程度的影響，香港藝術發展局（藝發局）明白藝文界近期營運的困難。

得到民政事務局的支持，藝發局在旗下的「香港藝術發展基金」以特許加大配對提供額外資金，以推出一次性的「藝文界支援計劃」，總金額為港幣五百萬元，希望藉此加強支持獲藝發局年度及計劃資助（文化交流資助計劃除外）、文學平台計劃、優秀藝團計劃及配對資助計劃之中小型藝團及藝術工作者，紓解藝文界暫時的財政困難，共渡時艱。

Social incidents over the recent months have caused impact of different degrees on arts and cultural activities. HKADC understands that the arts and cultural sector is having operational difficulties. Supported by HAB, the Hong Kong Arts Development Fund will receive an extra funding from an increased matching ratio to provide a one-off measure “Support Scheme for Arts & Cultural Sector” at a total of HK$5,000,000. It aims at offering greater support to small and medium arts groups and arts practitioners who receive HKADC’s Year Grant and Project Grant (except Grant for Cultural Exchange). The HKADC stands shoulder to shoulder with the sector to tide over the temporary disruption.
