| IL-4 can promote the proliferation of TF-1 cells. TF-1 cells were mixed with IL-4, followed by the addition of serial diluted anti-IL-4 benchmark antibody. After 72-hour co-culture, the luminescence intensity was detected and the result was shown on the left. The proliferation of TF-1 cells was inhibited by the anti-IL-4 benchmark antibody. |
